Kimberly “Kim” Taylor is an experienced HR leader who has guided managers and employees through the moments that shape a workplace.
Her background includes employee relations, workplace investigations, labor relations, performance management, leave and accommodation matters, policy development, compliance, and manager coaching. Kim brings calm judgment to complex situations and turns HR requirements into clear, practical steps leaders can use.
She founded Lu-Mi HR Solutions to give small and growing businesses access to approachable, people-centered HR support—strengthened by modern tools and always grounded in human judgment.
The meaning behind Lu-Mi
The name honors Kim’s parents, Lula and Michael, whose legacy inspired the company’s guiding belief: Where People Matter.
